Weekends full of colourful events, music and traditional fireworks are this year's Town Festival.

The festivities will kick off in style from 14. until 18 May you can look forward to the traditional floristry competition Decin Anchor. Events Young Elbewhich will take place 17. may will offer lots of fun for children and adults - firefighting demonstrations, animals from Adele's yard, stilt walkers, jugglers and many other attractions. For adrenaline lovers, there will be an Airsoft club stand with shooting demonstrations, as well as lots of games, inflatable attractions and stands. Dance and music groups will perform on the stage, and medals will be prepared for children for mastering the sports track.

At the same time, the popular Historical market on 17-18 Maythat takes you back to the Seven Years' War. The insider guides will be Giacomo Casanova, General Laudon and Baron Prashil. You can look forward to stalls with original products and rich refreshments, period music, jugglers, swordsmen and dancers.

But the festivities are far from over!

The next weekend of festivities will be in the spirit of shiny hoods and the sound of engines. Under the city library will take place on 24 May Cool Ride during which you will again be able to see not only beautiful vintage cars, but also historic buses.

On 25. may a Day not only for the elderly will take place, offering a pleasant cultural and social programme.

The highlight of the music programme will be the festival Labefestwhich will ring the banks of the Elbe on the days of 30. and 31 May. The popular Woodchipping, where carvers will showcase their masterful skills and the day will end with the traditional Guardians of the Galaxy themed fireworks display. On Saturday 31 May children can look forward to a Belasco competition and a workshop with Slunečnice and Diakonia Pirna. Also on June 1 you will be able to go with your children to the Day full of games, which will be held in the sports complex in the Old Town, where a wide range of activities and competitions will be prepared and there will also be face painting, a bouncy castle or horse riding.

The festivities will end on 7 June Adrenaline Challenge Kids sports competition for small athletes and lovers of movement and Labský streetball cupwhich promises exciting basketball games in the open air.

The festival will once again ring the Smetana Embankment below the Děčín castle. This year you can look forward to a two-day show full of great music and unforgettable atmosphere!

The festival will be divided into two zones again this year:

• Paid zone - with a big stage on Smetana embankment.

• Unpaid zone - with a small stage on Mariánská louka.

Run Labe Run - 8.6.2025

The 7th year of the relay race from Špindlerův Mlýn to Děčín. A 380 km long track awaits the competitors. Teams of up to 12 runners can participate.
