Aquapark Děčín

The water park is located right next to the Elbe Trail and offers visitors a unique combination of an indoor and outdoor area. The indoor part of the water park offers a 25-metre swimming pool, a children's pool, 3 water slides, a water mushroom, a wild river, a bottom grate, massage benches, gargoyles, a children's river, massage jets, 2 whirlpools, a children's paddling pool and a buffet.

On the first floor there is a wellness centre with saunas, a hot tub, a gym and an outdoor terrace. There are several pools in the outdoor area, including a leisure pool with attractions, massage benches and a wild river. There is also a paddling pool for children and a stainless steel pool with parameters for water polo and a diving pit with a maximum depth of 6 m.

Thanks to the thermal water it is possible to use the outdoor 25-metre pool all year round. In the outdoor part of the aquapark there is also a children's playground and a sports area with two beach volleyball courts and a netball court, which also serves as a basketball court with the possibility of dividing into two streeptball courts. For fit swimmers, there is a 50-metre swimming pool, which allows not only refreshing and fitness swimming, but also sports training.

Malšovice swimming pool

This swimming pool is located just outside of Děčín. You can get here by car or bus line number 431, or by train (Malšovice railway station). There is a small swimming pool and a paddling pool for children.

Operating hours

Biotope New World

In the surroundings of Děčín there are also a number of natural areas for swimming. One of them is the Nový Svět Biotope, which lies on the front between the villages of Růžová and Arnoltice. It is a natural swimming pool without chlorine and cyanobacteria, which is suitable for allergy sufferers. In addition to a great swim, there is a pleasant outdoor seating area with a cool drink and something small to eat.

Municipal swimming pool Česká Kamenice

The municipal swimming pool is located in the northern part of Česká Kamenice. A nice and well-maintained 50-metre swimming pool with a clear blue surface awaits visitors. You can play table tennis here or just relax on the pleasant well-kept grassy areas or on the benches. Children will also enjoy the children's slide. Municipal swimming pool Jetřichovice

The natural swimming pool is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Czech Switzerland National Park. The first half of the swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.3 metres is for non-swimmers. The second half is for swimmers and reaches a maximum depth of 2.5 metres. The swimming pool is fed by water from the Chřibská stream and has grassy beaches. Facilities include toilets, changing rooms, refreshments and there is a volleyball court. The area is suitable for hiking and cycling

Natural swimming pool with camping in Jetřichovice

The natural swimming pool in Jetřichovice is a part of the campsite, which besides accommodation and swimming offers small sports activities and refreshments. Oles Pond

The Olešský Pond is located about halfway between Děčín and Český Kamenice, in the village of Stará Oleška. The northern part of the lake has a well-groomed shore with swimming facilities, while the western shore is a protected nature reserve. The pond is also often popular with fishermen, or there are up to four campsites with cabins and refreshments.

There is also a human miracle connected with the Oles Pond. In 1972, the left engine of a DC-9 flying on JAT 367 (Stockholm-Copenhagen-Zagreb-Belgrade) fell close to the Oles dam. The accident became world-famous for the survival of flight attendant Vesna Vulović, who fell to the ground from an altitude of 10 km. This unfortunate but somewhat mysterious event is commemorated by two monuments around the pond. Thermal swimming pool Benešov nad Ploučnicí

The thermal swimming pool in Benešov nad Ploučnicí is located on the outskirts of the town. You will find here the main swimming pool and children's paddling pool, the water temperature is around 26 degrees Celsius. There are also a number of sports facilities in the surroundings. There is a beach volleyball, netball or table tennis court. There are also tennis courts within easy reach of the swimming pool. For children, there is a children's playground with a sandpit and attractions.

There are also refreshments in the form of a kiosk, where children and adults can enjoy themselves. You can even sit in the pleasant surroundings of the bar with a terrace. In the vicinity of the swimming pool you can also stay in an apartment, cabins or a tent.

A public swimming pool with two outdoor pools - one for children, the other for more experienced swimmers - is located just outside of Děčín. A grassy beach with umbrellas and several benches invites you to sunbathe. In addition to swimming, you can play sports on the three sandy playgrounds and play beach volleyball. For children, there is a children's play area with climbing frames. There is also a refreshment stand by the swimming pool.
