Tyršův Děčín is a traditional cultural and sporting event organized in the town of Děčín in honour of Miroslav Tyrš, a prominent native and co-founder of the Sokol physical education organization.
194 years since the birth of one of Sokol’s founders, Dr. Miroslav Tyrš, and 163 years since the founding of Sokol — these two significant anniversaries will be celebrated in mid-September, from Friday through Sunday, September 18–20, 2026, in Děčín.

Sokol Raptor Club - North Bohemian Sokol District – Novákova
Tyršův Děčín kicks off on Friday at 9 a.m. with the Raptor obstacle course race for schools, where teams from registered schools will compete and test their skills on a course starting at Smetanovo nábřeží. The obstacles will require participants to use their own body weight, the natural environment, and their strength.
