Tiské stěny
Tiské stěny lie near a small village of the same name 630 meters above sea level near the ridge of the Ore Mountains. A popular day trip, a walk through the rocks takes 1.5 -2 hours (roughly 4 km).

Bike bus service
Want to cycle around the heart of Bohemian Switzerland or ride the highest mesa in the country, but you don't want to pedal to the top yourself? Take a bike bus. There are several of them serving the Decin area.
Bohemian Switzerland railway
Visitors can enjoy a train ride through Bohemian Switzerland. Although the line is intended mainly for hikers, it also offers limited bicycle transport on selected days and times. (Look for the bike icon.)
Parking in Decin and around
Take a look at the list of parking spaces in Bohemian Switzerland and the Elbe Sandstone Protected Landscape Area and don't worry about unnecessary worries when you arrive at your destination.
National park by bus
Avoid the headache of parking around Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Bus service to the national park takes tourists to all the top destinations.
Labe-Elbe ticket
Take advantage of a discount pass valid on public transport on both sides of the border, both in the Usti nad Labem region and the German border region.
Janov – Hrensko – Mezna shuttle
Bus 441 offers service between Janov, Hrensko, and Mezna for visitors to the national park.
River cruises
Experience a romantic cruise through the Elbe Canyon.
Free zoo shuttle
In July and August a free shuttle bus takes visitors to Decin Zoo every hour.
Ferries
Velke Brezno – Povrly ferry
This ferry is an important link between the two banks of the Elbe in the area between Ústí and Děčín. It is a type of the so called clamped ferry, which does not have a motor and uses the current of the river. It carries hikers, cyclists and cars and trucks. It is 130 metres long.
Dolni Zleb ferry
The ferry in Dolní Žleb is the northernmost and lowest ferry in the Czech Republic. It connects the most remote part of Děčín with the right bank and is widely used not only by local residents but also by tourists.
Hrensko – Schona ferry
This cross-border ferry takes visitors and cyclists across the Elbe River where it flows into Germany at Hrensko. The Schona rail station on the left bank lies in Germany, the Hrensko dock on the right bank is in the Czech Republic.
Kurort Rathen ferry
The ferry in the little German town of Kurort Rathen crosses the Elbe just north of the border. It is most often used to approach the Bastei rock formation on the river's right bank.
Viewpoints
Děčínský Sněžník
One of the oldest stone watchtowers in Bohemia, atop the country's highest mesa, Decinsky Sneznik stands 723 m above sea level. Enjoy sweeping views of the Lusatian Mountains and Bohemian Switzerland.
Vlčí hora
Vlci hora offers views of Bohemian Switzerland National Park and the Elbe Sandstones region.
Sokolí vrch
This view tower is located just above the town on the hilltop Sokoli vrch and offers great views.
Rozhledna Janov
The tower on Janovsky vrch near Decin has a nice view of Bohemian Switzerland.
Vyhlídka Růženka
This midget of a viewtower lies on a hilltop just a few kilometers from Decin in the village of Ruzova and has nice views of the countryside all the way into Germany.
Velký Chlum
Straddling the Elbe River, nestled in volcanic hills and sandstone cliffs, Decin offers panoramas you won't find anywhere else. The stone tower on the hilltop Velky Chlum offers nice views as well as a fire pit for roasting hot dogs ;-)
