The Spear, Prayer, and the Plow in the Age of the Denarius: The Battle of Chlumec in 1126 and Life in the 12th Century

The Regional Museum in Děčín invites you to an exhibition “The Spear, Prayer, and the Plow in the Age of the Denarius—The Battle of Chlumec in 1126 and Life in the 12th Century”, which will give visitors insight into one of the most significant periods in Czech history. The exhibition focuses not only on the famous Battle of Chlumec in 1126, but also on the daily lives of people in the 12th century—from warriors to clergy to peasants.
