To rent a bike, you need the Rekola mobile app, which shows all the bike stations. You can rent a bike at one station and return it at another. Bikes can only be returned at designated locations.

The first 15 minutes of riding a standard bike are free. After that, a fee of 25 Kč is charged for every 30 minutes of riding. E-bikes are charged at a rate of 1.50 Kč per minute.

1. Registration and Preparation

• Download the Rekola mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.

• Add a payment card. For security reasons and to verify the card's validity, a so-called authorization payment of 50 Kč. This amount remains in the app as prepaid credit, which is automatically applied and deducted from your first paid ride (for example, if you exceed the 15-minute free ride on a standard bike or if you ride an e-bike). Otherwise, registration and account maintenance are completely free.

2. Finding and Renting a Bike

• Open the app and look at the map of Děčín. You'll see the current locations of available pink bikes on the map.

• You can choose from two types of bikes: 110 classic mechanical bikes and 20 e-bikes for a comfortable, effortless ride.

• Go to the selected round and click the button in the app "Rent a Bike".

• Point your phone's camera at QR code on the handlebars. Within a few seconds, the smart lock above the rear wheel opens automatically, and you're ready to go.

3. Price List and Ride

• Mechanical (classic) bikes: Thanks to financial support from the City of Děčín, you have The first 15 minutes of your ride are completely free. If your trip lasts longer, each additional half-hour or part thereof costs 25 Kč.
