Underpass houses to reopen to the public in 2026

Do you live in a sublet? Can we see it? Again this year, owners of these exceptional buildings can apply to take part in the event, which helps make our region more attractive, until 28 February 2026.

The Open Day of Substation Houses continues a long tradition in the Czech-German-Polish border area and attracts thousands of visitors every year. The event will take place on 30 May 2026 in the Czech Republic and 31 May 2026 in Germany and Poland.

Destination companies Czech Switzerland and Lusatian Mountains in cooperation with other partners are involved in the organization and promotion. The extent of accessibility is entirely at the owners' discretion - the whole house, a part of it or a guided tour from the outside can be opened.
