The Bohemian Central Highlands are among the top cycling destinations in the Czech Republic

The Bohemian Central Highlands are among the most attractive cycling regions in the Czech Republic. In a national poll, the Elbe Trail ranked 1st a The Ploučnice cycle path took 2nd place among the most popular long-distance cycling routes. Both routes offer a combination of beautiful scenery, relaxing rides and interesting places.

Good news for cyclists is also opening of a new part of the Ploučnice Cycle Path in Děčínwhich connects this route with the Elbe Trail. The new section significantly increases safety and comfort of passing through the city and facilitates the movement of cyclists and tourists.
